Currently buying residential properties in Calgary- looking for Joint Venture partners with either i) good credit and little money, or investors with cash and poor or no credit looking to buy houses.

I'm also looking for Multi-family apartments in Alberta and Joint Venture partners who are interested in becoming a part owner in apartment buildings.
