This is not a place where you'll find Calgary real estate Guru's trying to lure you into buying anther over priced course, or bad mouthing anther investor because they lost a deal.

No, this is strictly a place for investors- buyers and sellers to share any stories with Strategic Home Buying readers.

In the past 3 months I've had a lot of questions and comments about the site. As my goal is to give you the most accurate information and help you achieve financial independence through real estate investing- what better way to do that than to hear from other investors.

My prediction: This will be the most visited Calgary Real Estate website Investors rely on for advice by 2009.

Shane's Predictions :

March 31, 2008- 50-75 Visitors a day

September 30, 2008- 150 Visitors a day

February 1, 2009- 500 Visitors a day

Let's see what happens.

Today I get about 28-45 unique visitors a day. Not bad considering it was picked up by the search engines about 2 months ago and I built it from the ground up.

Every month I'll post my traffic stats and you can see how the site is progressing.

If your stories attract attention- I'll highlight you at the end of the month for the most compelling story with a phone interview. This is a way you can get a little recognition and help fellow Calgary Investors.
